Responsibilities:
- Developing Salesforce features in Apex: Designing and implementing custom functionalities using Apex, Salesforce’s programming language, to meet business requirements.
- Bug fixing: Investigating and resolving issues reported by users or identified during testing, ensuring smooth operation and functionality of the Salesforce platform.
- Configuring Salesforce permissions: Setting up user access and permissions, ensuring proper security and data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
- Troubleshooting bugs: Identifying the root causes of issues, debugging code, and resolving technical problems to maintain a stable and reliable Salesforce system.
- Fixing data quality issues: Analyzing and rectifying data quality issues, including data validation, cleansing, and standardization to ensure accurate and consistent data across the platform.
- Configuring and tweaking Flows: Building and modifying Salesforce Flows, a declarative tool for automating business processes, to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
- Testing: Conducting thorough testing of Salesforce features, configurations, and customizations to ensure they meet requirements and perform as expected.
- In addition to these tasks, you may also collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, participate in code reviews, and provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
