Responsibilities

• Manage Release management and CI processes for Salesforce using Git, Copado, and other compatible DevOps tools
• Create and maintain a streamlined release pipeline to ensure efficient delivery and deployment of Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement effective DevOps strategies
• Monitor and troubleshoot release issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful Salesforce experience
• Software Consulting experience, with Enterprise experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce platform experience (3+ years preferred)
• Experience working with DevOps technologies including Copado and Git
• Understanding of core Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Nice to have

• Client-facing written and oral communication skills
• Salesforce Administrative Certification
• Jenkins experience
