Role: 

As our operations and sales team grow, we want to significantly improve our processes using Salesforce and other systems through automation, integration and data quality assurance. We want to have a full-time owner with a passion for designing the best data models and working with our Stakeholders, Product Management and Engineering teams to build exemplary end-to-end solutions that delight our customers and our team.

You will:

  • Work in an organization that prides itself on best engineering and data quality practices
  • Manage our Salesforce instance, and the relation with Salesforce as a vendor
  • Work with product management and business stakeholders to design the best data models and processes
  • Evaluate and manage any other 3rd party software or vendor related to enterprise engineering
  • Estimate resources needed for projects, project timelines, and define rollout plans
  • Write integrations to extract data from Salesforce and other systems into our Snowflake data warehouse for downstream analysis by the data and business teams
  • Effectively communicate with the business and stakeholder on user documentation, talks, project progress, etc.
  • Plan and rollout features carefully to ensure business success

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce in a medium to large organization
  • Experienced with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud systems
  • Expertise in the software development lifecycle practices such as version control, multiple-environment rollout, automated testing, etc.
  • Ability writing integrations that extract data from APIs and load data into data warehouses or databases
  • Experienced with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Javascript
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent in process improvement, user impact, user stories and root cause analysis
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, SOW contracts, pricing
