Job Title: Salesforce Enterprise Strategist

Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)

Position Summary

NCR is seeking a strategic leader with deep experience is the Salesforce CRM platform and extended applications. The ideal candidate will possess compelling business experience along with technical knowledge and awareness allowing them to drive the evolution of the platform in response to enterprise needs across sales, customer service, analytics, and application development.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Provides strategic guidance on the best way to leverage the Salesforce platform to meet the strategic needs of the business
• Takes ownership for the platform roadmap and oversees the continual grooming of the development backlog and business prioritization
• Works closely with the IT, the Salesforce Platform Architect and Data Governance leads on alignment and sequencing of design and development efforts leading to well supported and scalable business outcomes
• Works collaboratively to ensure marketing, sales, and service processes evolve as business needs change
• Leads the development and execution of strategies that improve the awareness and productivity of each user community
• Guides the development of intuitive stakeholder reporting with metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of CRM strategies
• Establishes and maintains role-based training strategies, certification plans and programs
• Provides an objective point of view and guides decision making through detailed evaluation of Salesforce capabilities against those of other available tools or platform solutions
• Designs methods to test and report on the cleanliness and completeness of data
• Leads the development of training assets that improve capabilities aligned with user community needs
• Establishes and manages governance practices that improve the data quality and completeness

Qualifications

• Experience leading change efforts across the Salesforce platform (core)
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform (core) experience
• 5+ years of experience leading teams
• 6-10+ years of related professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
• Preferred certifications include Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator or Advanced Administrator
