Requirements

JOBDUTIES:Responsibilitiesoftheincumbentsareacrossfunctionallineswithindividualsassignedinnewprogramdevelopmentand/ormaintenanceofexistingmobile,WEB,Cloud,server,personalcomputer,mainframe,and/ordistributedcomputingsystems.Thisindividualwillalsoworkcollaborativelywithotherengineeringteamstoensurecross-functionalgoalsaremet.Competenttoperformallprogramming,projectmanagement,anddevelopmentassignmentswithoutclosesupervision;normallyassignedthemorecomplexaspectsofsystemswork.LeadroleincomplexprojectsspanningacrossmultiplesystemcomponentsWorkinallphasesofproductcreationprocessincludingcreatingtechnicalrequirements,projectplanning,identifyingdependencies,systemarchitectureanddevelopment.Investigationandrootcauseanalysisofsoftwareandsystemdefects.Focusonproductivity,qualityandcompetitivenessofmajortechnologyinitiatives.Applyknowledgeandskillstosolvemostcomplexengineeringproblems.OrganizeanddriveconfigurationmanagementactivitiesofthedevelopmentprocessWorksdirectlyoncomplexapplication/technicalproblemidentificationandresolution,includingrespondingtooff-shiftandweekendsupportcalls.Worksindependentlyoncomplexsystemsorinfrastructurecomponentsthatmaybeusedbyoneormoreapplicationsorsystems.DrivesapplicationdevelopmentfocusedarounddeliveringbusinessvaluablefeaturesMentorandassistsoftwareengineers,providingtechnicalassistanceanddirectionasneededMaintainshighstandardsofsoftwarequalitybyestablishinggoodpracticesandhabitsIdentifiesandencourageareasforgrowthandimprovementCommunicatewithendusersandinternalcustomerstohelpdirectdevelopment,debugging,andtestingofapplicationsoftwareforaccuracy,integrity,interoperability,andcompletenessPerformsintegratedtestingandcustomeracceptancetestingofcomponentsthatrequirescarefulplanningandexecutiontoensuretimely,qualityresults.

EducationRequirements:
Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerscienceorElectricalengineeringorrelatedfieldisrequired10yearsormoreofsoftwaredevelopmentexperienceoratleast8yearsofexperiencewithmaster'sdegreeincomputerscienceorrelatedfield.Preferred:*Salesforcecertification-IntegrationArchitect(highlypreferred)
