LG Electronics Air Solutions Division is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Salesforce Intern. The LGEUS Air Conditioning Technologies team is working with Global team to implement SFDC (Salesforce.com) Sales Cloud to replace current systems. The new SFDC Sales Cloud will be a comprehensive front-end solution for both internal LG employees as well as partner and encompasses everything from pre-sales to post-sales.

Interns will play a critical role help provide "hyper-care" during initial go-live of system, including direct support and updates/reporting. We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as an intern on the Air Conditioning Technologies team!

LG's 2024 Summer Internship Program will be a 9 week internship from June 3rd through August 2nd, 2024.

The internship will be based in the office at the LG Air Solutions office in Alpharetta GA and pay an hourly rate of $23.50.

The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.

The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program's end.

Responsibilities

* Manage listing and status of open inquires

* Support internal and external communications on new SFDC system

* Report status of user activities to management on weekly basis

* Suggest and support system improvements based on user experiences

* Assist in development of new SFDC reporting and dashboarding to support new system

* Support Data migration to new SFDC

* Creating external user training materials

Qualifications• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University• Rising Junior or Senior in Bachelor's degree program• Ability to multi-task and operate independently• Strong organization skills• Good written and verbal communication skills• Analytical skills - ability to synthesize different data into cohesive output• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment• Proactive mindset • Proficient, high level skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel• Proficiency in Korean highly preferred
