WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Work with business teams to understand their processes and translate their needs into actionable SFDC requirements for configuration and Apex development.
  • Build a platform roadmap based on business requirements and manage the full lifecycle, including prioritization, planning, and execution, while keeping stakeholders updated and engaged on progress.
  • Design, Develop, Test, Document and Deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders, review & recommend software tools and approaches to improve operational efficiencies and enhance the user experience in the SFDC platform.
  • Serve as a thought partner on strategy by communicating ideas and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations, including liaising with external consultants, vendors and internal partners to ensure all interrelated systems and processes are functioning at their desired capacity.
  • Configure new and existing Salesforce features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, flows, reports and dashboards.
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, and other available methods.
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup and deactivation.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, visualizations, queries, and reports to serve program needs.
  • Be accountable for data quality and proficient in DemandTools or similar data quality management tools.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks, including by analyzing data and by taking the appropriate steps to ensure good practices are followed (validation rules, matching rules, and duplicate rules).
  • Assist user and operating areas in implementing and supporting systems including system installation, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead all CRM training efforts including system onboarding for new employees and training on new functionality and features. Develop internal training materials and user guides.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with teams across our company to design, build, and maintain our Salesforce platform to support marketing efforts in Marketing Cloud.
  • Be a subject matter expert for the Salesforce implementation, assist in product design and vision, and articulate strategies on enabling technologies.
  • Architect custom solutions in the Salesforce platform including applications you design based on Apex code.
  • Achieve the key milestones needed to bring this platform to market and scale it up quickly.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience resulting in you being a true SFDC leader and designer.
  • Must hold at least 3 of the following full Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer I, any Consultant certification (Service, Sales, and especially Marketing Cloud Consultant).
  • Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM Plus certification is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of data and data migration methodologies is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing large scale projects/implementations as a thought leader is required: You should have contributed significantly to a new Salesforce implementation at least once, or have participated in a number of large-scale SFDC projects in existing Salesforce instances.
  • Experience in designing complex workflow rules, custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, and dashboards.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Be able to quickly diagnose problems and recommend solutions to business users.
