Salesforce Lead/Architect/Manager

Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts. • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT with a focus on enterprise systems. o At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including architectural leadership roles.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant solutions. o Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies. o Proficiency in data modeling, integration patterns, and API development. o Strong understanding of Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD processes
