Job Summary

Responsible for Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign management and set up based on the needs of the enterprise, including individual lines of business needs. Provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical & product expertise to our business to deliver best-in-class marketing solutions.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment.
• Provides technical and strategic thought leadership to Enterprise Marketing & Communications teams.
• Marketing channel management and execution of projects and campaigns through a customer first strategy.
• Strategic guidance of customer segmentation within Marketing Cloud.
• Creation of best practices, standards, and governance.
• Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification

Required Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign execution and/or marketing automation/CRM experience.
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 06C

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
