The role

As our Salesforce Consultant, you will be working on various projects, one of them will be focused on the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and safety equipment sector. You will leverage your Salesforce knowledge, commercial experience, problem-solving skills, and creativity to manage and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem from end-to-end.

Expected Functions / Key Results:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other Integrations
• Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these teams.
• Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders.
• Design and implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize further.
• Evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively.
• Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data.
• Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
• Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes.
• Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and third party applications or data sources.
• Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.
• Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience working hands-on in Marketing Cloud and Sales or Service Cloud implementations, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
• Conceptual understanding, to be able to establish data models, work with API’s and configurations.
• Knowledge of 1+ of the 6 programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (andQuery Studio experience) or Guide Template Language.
• Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associated data models. Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio.
• Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder.
• Nice to have proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics.

Certifications: 

• Marketing Cloud Consultant
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Sales or/and Service Cloud Consultant

Apart from these, it would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds.
• Desirable experience: Datorama, Informatica/Jitterbit/Talend/Dell Boomi, Interaction Studio, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CDP, Advertising Studio & Google Analytics (360).

What can you expect from our hiring process

1st step: Cultural fit interview

During this face-to-face interview,  we want to meet the candidate and understand the expectations regarding career plan and motivation and give the candidate an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment. Also laying out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed  together!

2nd step: Technical test

If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.

3rd step: Technical Interview with the team

After passing the technical test, it’s time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
