Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to drive customer engagement and achieve marketing objectives. The consultant will leverage their in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enable personalized, customer-centric marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement marketing workflows in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
• Work closely with the client’s team to understand campaign requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Marketing Cloud.
• Develop segmented customer lists and targeted marketing campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Utilize Journey Builder, Email Studio, and other Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to create and optimize customer journeys.
• Create digital content using HTML, merge fields and other scripting language to create personalized user experiences in emails, SMS messages and landing pages.
• Create process and business flow diagrams, use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users.
• Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect integrations with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
• Manage tracking and reporting of campaign performance, deliver insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with the client, suppliers, partners and other Third Parties.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and Marketing Cloud updates to recommend new
• features and enhancements in line with business goals.
• Provide training and support to client teams on Marketing Cloud features and best
• practices.
• Ensure adherence to marketing automation best practices, quality standards, and
• compliance with data protection guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
• Proven experience in marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, capabilities, and
• integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with
• cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with SQL, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of database management and segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
