Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will utilize Marketing Cloud by creating, configuring, and executing on personalized, dynamic messages, and landing pages to support the email marketing team at OTR.

Responsibilities:  

• Leverage data with external systems to enable dynamic and action-based marketing outreach (Salesforce CRM, data warehouses, Wordpress, and Google Analytics)
• Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users to utilize
• Configure and set-up data models (data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact model).
• Work with customers and platform data (SQL, system data views, Send Log)
• Write advanced SQL, including join statements.
• Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language 

What we look for:   

• 3+ years of experience developing for Marketing Cloud and associated tools. 
• Experience with front-end development utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript 
• Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS) 

• Experienced with data configuration, manipulations and advance segmentation, reporting and analytics 
• Proficiency with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model 
• Experience utilizing Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration 
• Enjoy coaching and mentoring business team how to best utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant is a requirement
