Bottomline is looking for a passionate and hands-on Salesforce Operations Manager with a solid understanding of the SF Platform and proven management experience. You will be responsible for leading a team of SF Admins and BA’s that support our current production instances of SF.
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for all things Salesforce, people, and processes. You can balance tactical/actionable efforts while maintaining vision of our overall strategy within our Salesforce org and business. We are looking for someone who can keep up with Bottomline’s exciting growth, be hands-on in incident management and support & lead a growing team to deliver high impact and value to our business.
This position can be based out of a REMOTE location within the US, East coast preferred.
How you’ll contribute:
- Oversee a team of 5-6 SF admins/BAs.
- Own the day-to-day prioritization and organization of the team’s workload in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Vigorously monitor & be hands-on in the resolution of daily support/maintenance tickets as well as production incidents.
- Work with the team and Project Manager to estimate work efforts and project timeframes in a consistent and reliable manner.
- Assist Product Owner in the implementation of a Brand-New modern & scalable instance of Salesforce.
- Provide timely feedback on work-in-progress items, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments for the team and business.
- Build a deep understanding of Bottomline’s core processes and their relationship & management in Salesforce (and other integrations)
- Identify and address opportunities for improvement in our CRM platform
- Engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on a daily basis as they directly support our large customer base.
- Mentor team and ensure they meet career growth & development milestones while building a culture of accountability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What will make you successful:
- 5+ years of SalesForce Admin Experience
- Must have previous experience owning and/or implementing Salesforce including customized ‘off-the-shelf’ technologies.
- Salesforce Admin Certification Preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of concurrent management experience within a SF environment
- Experience in Agile to delivery technology solutions on time, on budget and to specification.
- Proven track record in meeting ambitious deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to expeditiously escalate issues to appropriate channels.
- Talent for synthesizing complex problems, constructing top-notch solutions with consideration to organizational impact, prioritizing and executing or delegating in a timely manner.
- Project Management experience is a plus!
