Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Platform Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, drive the development of new features, and work with various departments to ensure the platform is optimized to meet business goals. This role will require technical expertise in Salesforce, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business processes.

What You'll Focus On

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes best practices and continuous improvement.
• Salesforce Administration: Manage the architecture, data integrity, security, and overall performance of the Salesforce platform while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• System Enhancements & Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize the platform, and implement new features while overseeing third-party integrations and the deployment of system updates.
• Project Management: Define project scope, prioritize initiatives, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of Salesforce-related projects aligned with business objectives.
• User Support & Training: Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce users, providing troubleshooting, solutions, and ongoing training to enhance platform utilization.
• Reporting & Data Analytics:Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and ensure data quality across the organization.

What You Bring

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification required. Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer certification is a plus.
• Proven experience of successful project completion required. 
• 5 or more years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator preferred.
• 2 years of team leadership experience
• Ability to understand and articulate complex processes required. 
• Ability to quickly master new technology required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.
• Strong project management skills required. 
• Strong data and business analysis skills required. 
• Strong change management skills required. 
• Advanced understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred.
• This position will require long periods of sitting and working in front of a computer.
• Possible travel may be required. 
• Salary range: 90-100K
