In a Nutshell
The Salesforce Product Owner role has exposure across VaynerX’s portfolio of companies and departments. This role will serve as the lead of our Salesforce instance which encompasses 150+ users across all of VaynerX’s companies. In this role you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to ensure they are set up for success with Salesforce and coming up with new and innovative ways to make users more effective in their roles.
Because of our organizational structure we have a very unique Salesforce instance and a lot of interesting use cases. We’ve made a lot of progress over the past year but have big plans to continue to expand use cases of Salesforce across our teams and companies. This role will be instrumental in defining the roadmap for our Salesforce instance and help ensure we execute it.
What You’d Do:
- Help own the roadmap for our Salesforce instance and identify key builds and features to improve our instance
- Lead and organize group and 1 on 1 training with users, provide technical support, and help with data loads
- Produce and update internal documentation of business processes including flow charts, user guides, etc.
- Scope out cases for new builds and bugs on the Sales Cloud, maintain integrations with other systems, and lead system implementations
- Work with key stakeholders to analyze and build workflows, automations, and integration points to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external Salesforce administrators and developers
What You’ve Got:
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin or Salesforce Product Owner in an enterprise environment (100+ users)
- Salesforce Certification in Administration and Sales Cloud
- Experience leading or supporting change management of business systems in an enterprise setting (100+ users)
- Experience leading or supporting system implementation projects including upgrades of systems and integrations with third party applications
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Experience with reporting software such as Tableau.
- Experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Experience in working at an agency or other client services industries is not required, but a plus
- Knowledge of Snowflake and or other data warehousing tools is an added advantage
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary $130,000 - $145,000
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
