Job Description:

We're searching for a Product Owner who excels in problem-solving, analytics, and possesses a keen business sense along with a knack for technical innovation. Join our dynamic team to play a pivotal role in developing Salesforce applications, driving efficiency, and transforming the company’s Quote-to-Cash processes. The successful candidate will collect and define project requirements within the existing product line, oversee development teams from a product perspective, and lead implementation.

What You'll Do:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for lead processing, quoting and contract management applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to collect requirements, propose solutions and prioritize delivery of new features.

• Take proactive measures to address discrepancies in requirements.

• Partner with the UX team to enhance customer experience by improving discoverability and ease of use.

• Work closely with technical teams to define functional requirements and implementation specifications. 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

• Create and refine user stories, and estimate levels of effort.

• Take ownership of the product backlog. 

• Establish acceptance criteria and lead sprint demo sessions.

What We Need From You:

• 7+ years of working experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner roles.

• Proficiency in leading project delivery, managing risks, and making essential trade-offs.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, user research methodologies, and interaction design.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Lightning Design System.

• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and product management practices.

• Experience in extracting data using SOQL, analyzing it, and making data-driven decisions is highly desired.

• Holding active Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Business Analyst, and Consultant, is beneficial.
