Salesforce Product Owner - Enterprise Business Systems

We are looking for a motivated Senior Salesforce Product Owner, Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) to innovate, win, and grow with us.
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for Salesforce, people, and processes. You will be able to balance between the tactical/actionable while not losing sight of overall strategy. You understand to be a highly effective Product Owner that prioritization takes place according to value, not features. Excellent oratory and communication skills are a top priority for you.
This position can be based out of a REMOTE location within the US, East coast preferred.
How you’ll contribute:
- Lead and own Salesforce re-implementation
- Effectively manage, prioritize, define, and refine a backlog of deliverables and capabilities for a smaller scale product team.
- Create functional, technical, and design documentation.
- Work with the team, comfortably providing advice on application solutions.
- Measure performance and adjust overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.
- Clearly articulate team goals and strategy to key stakeholders, leads, and team members, adjusting based on target audience.
- Work with the team and Project Manager to estimate project timeframes, assisting with project plans & setting different delivery milestones for the project.
- Act as voice of the end-user; having a deep understanding of and responding to customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined.
- Exhibit strong multitasking skills with ability to prioritize.
- Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments.
- Develop a deep understanding of Bottomline’s core processes as they relate to process automation and how it ties into Salesforce (and other integrations)
- Instill Agile principles, practices, and methodologies to achieve team success.
- Focus on defining a product value proposition that aligns with and supports the value stream objectives.
- Work with others in a cross-functional multi-team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What will make you successful:
- 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce
- Previous experience owning and/or implementing Salesforce
- Bonus if you have Salesforce Designer credential
- Experience leading and executing in an agile methodology using Scrum
- Knowledge and experience in the use of JIRA
- Ability to capture user requirements for an application to drive user story creation
- Proven track record in meeting aggressive deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment where you can motivate teams to be aligned under the single objective in an efficient and effective way
- Ability to communicate at the team and executive levels, risks, and change management in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with managing governance and change control processes
