Salesforce Project Coordinator - US Based Remote Opportuntity

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Salesforce project coordinator will support the work of Common App's mission to promote access, equity, and integrity in the college admissions process by advancing the growth and strategic use of Salesforce enterprise-wide. The Salesforce project coordinator will report to the Director, Constituent Relationship Management System (CRM) and assist the CRM team in Salesforce implementation projects and administering Common App's Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires:

• Candidates must live in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and at least 3-5 years of Salesforce or project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience
• Must obtain Salesforce Administrator Certification within 12 months of the start date
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Must possess outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
• Must work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also being a strong individual contributor
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Must have a working knowledge of Salesforce, G-Suite, Slack
• Knowledge of Common App software and organization required

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Master's degree in relevant field; and 5+ years of Sales or project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience
• Experience with Common App organization and data systems strongly preferred
• Experience leading or assisting with Salesforce implementation projects strongly preferred
• A passion for higher education is a plus.
