This role supports the Customer and Data Management Technical Assistance Support (CADMTAS) of the Office of Apprenticeship (OA). The objective is to integrate the Salesforce Service Cloud platform with OA systems to provide a standardized system that is user-friendly. This will enable OA to facilitate and accurately forecast program growth.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

As the Salesforce Project Manager, you will be in a key leadership role orchestrating IT modernization and bringing the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digital transformation. As the Salesforce program manager, you will be responsible for managing the development of Salesforce applications and services for clients across multiple industries. Some areas of responsibility include:

• Lead full cycle Salesforce implementations and/or improvements simultaneously
• Monitoring projects progress to ensure that milestones are met on time and within budget
• Establishing clear communication channels with stakeholders involved in the project, including clients, contractors, and staff members
• Relationship management: Leverage your relationships to win Salesforce work and grow the Salesforce practice.
• Actively create and present proposals and/or quotes to potential clients.
• Hire, lead, mentor and motivate a team of Salesforce professionals including architects, administrators, developers, business analysts and Scrum Masters through simultaneous project implementations.
• Conduct daily scrums with dev team, product owners and stakeholders.
• Hold team accountable for producing incremental software improvements for demo to Product owner at the end of each sprint.
• Work directly with customers to collect requirements, analyze business processes and team with UX/UI designers, developers, QA analysts, and engineers to determine project scope.
• Ensure Product Owner maintains, updates, and prioritizes sprint backlog.
• Coach teams to ensure SDLC best practices are upheld.
• Possess familiarity working in a PMO environment

Qualifications

• (3) years of Salesforce transformation, advisory or consulting experience
• (5) years of experience in program management or Project Management
• (3) years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• Experience in Project Delivery or Client Lead position on a large Salesforce transformation

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Certification

• Salesforce Administrator certification or any other relevant Salesforce certification
• PMP Cert Preferred
• Scrum Master Preferred
