Job Description

Vericast is seeking an experienced Salesforce Reports & Dashboards Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the enhancement and optimization of our Salesforce.com platform. Reporting to our Director of Salesforce Strategy & Solutions, this position will focus on the development, customization, and maintenance of advanced reports and dynamic dashboards tailored to meet the evolving needs of our sales, client management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. As a preferred Certified Salesforce Professional with specialized expertise in report and dashboard development, you will collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional leadership to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements that drive actionable insights and improve decision-making processes. You will be responsible for leveraging your deep understanding of standard and customized Salesforce data object structure to develop and optimize visibility into sales progress and streamline analytical output. In addition to your technical proficiency, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and recommending best practices to ensure our platform insights tooling aligns with company goals and strategies. Your role will involve participating in the planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce metrics initiatives, as well as providing ongoing support and training to end-users. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. You should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining and enhancing the architecture of our Salesforce platform, as we continue to grow and innovate.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and Develop Reports & Dashboards: Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track sales performance, customer engagement, and revenue metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Implement Advanced Reporting Solutions: Utilize Salesforce platform to design and implement advanced reporting solutions that meet the needs of the business. Leverage tools and features within the Salesforce platform to optimize reporting capabilities.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making: Empower users with access to accurate and timely data through intuitive dashboards and reports. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure alignment of reporting initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay Updated on Best Practices: Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and analytics. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency in reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, REQUIRED.
  • 3 - 5 years’ Relevant experience working within the Salesforce eco-system, REQUIRED.
  • Salesforce Platform Application Certified, REQUIRED
  • Salesforce Certified Business Administrator, REQUIRED
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, (Preferred)
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience working with Salesforce CPQ (Preferred)

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Self-motivated, driven personality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Responsive attitude; self-starter with a customer-first mentality.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating Reports, Dashboards, fields, custom objects, workflow rules, validation rules
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Experience in media sales, advertising, mobile, and/or digital technology.
  • Carry a desire to learn new technologies and methods, both within and outside of Salesforce.
  • Have an understanding of sales processes and experience with collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
  • Champion automation tools improvement, process automation and innovation.

Additional Information

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
