Job Title: Senior Salesforce Security Architect/Leader

Slalom is seeking a leader capable of steering, guiding, and managing our Salesforce Security domain. This role as well as team members within this domain, will be key drivers of Slalom's growth by serving as subject matter experts and primary contributors on pursuits and implementations, ensuring designs, architectures, and solutions are:

• Secure,

This role is an exciting leadership opportunity for a results-driven, seasoned Salesforce architect with a proven track record of delivering large, complex multi-cloud projects that protect stakeholders by ensuring delivered solutions control and product data; follow legal and ethical guidelines; and operating efficiently and dependably. The ideal candidate brings security experience with designing and scaling digital transformations in secure, compliant, and reliable ways.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security related solutions for Salesforce pursuits and projects, which includes scoping activities, defining deliverables, determining roles, estimating effort, and implementation.
• Serve as a pursuit and delivery lead for security related roles on large, multi-cloud projects, guiding clients and teams on security best practices across platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Translate complex regulations and technology standards into actionable functional and technical requirements in cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Help train and enable other Salesforce architects on Salesforce's Well-Architected Trusted Framework methodology.
• Drive and collaborate on the development of Salesforce security best practices and security knowledge assets.

Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with Salesforce security design patterns and practices.
• Working knowledge of managing security infrastructure and tools (e.g., firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPSs), web application firewalls (WAFs), endpoint protection, SIEM, and log management technologies).
• Experienced in application/code security health and vulnerability testing.
• Experienced in building relationships with executives and business decision makers.
• Knowledge across different regulations such as GDPR, HIPPA, CCPA, FedRAMP, PCI, SOX, cybersecurity standards such as NIST 800 series, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Cloud Security Alliance STAR, and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SSAE 16 SOC 2 is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, communication, team building, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on making journeys fun for our people and teams.
• Able to travel up to 25% (post-COVID).
