Position Overview:

Acquia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a background in Salesforce to join the Enterprise Business Systems Team in the Information Technology department. We have recently re-implemented Salesforce to support our company’s growth and scalability. 

As a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst you will:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of managing ticket enhancement requests and translating them into functional requirements by collaborating with the business requestors
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects and Administrators to handoff requirements for design.
• Unit test the requirements
• Work with functional leaders to maximize the ROI of the Salesforce platform by developing new business processes
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administration Manager to log, track, prioritize, manage and document issues, bugs, enhancement and feature requests in ticketing system
• Work to understand the needs and clearly define business requirements and manage expectations
• Analyze current business processes and suggest improvements
• Develop and document workflow processes and procedures
• Perform UAT testing
• Provide analysis to support recommendations and improvements
• Work with internal training teams to ensure new functionality is documented and reflected accurately in training materials

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment
• Process improvement and implementation
• Dash-boarding and Business Reporting 
• Proven track record of understanding complex business requirements and ability to come up to speed quickly on company processes
• Ability to create test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as new features are deployed
• Understanding of deployment best practices, including documenting user acceptance tests/sign offs to ensure the quality of developed solutions prior to production deployment
• Working knowledge of business processes and systems
• Working knowledge of project techniques and practices
• Experience with a global company working with distributed teams
• Strong business process orientation
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Highly customer service oriented
