Summary of Duties

Gather and organize information about needs of the system. Design a system to meet the organization’s business goals. Acquires and transform operational, technical, clinical and health data from client databases to optimize business processes and software applications, with a focus on systems scope and objectives to provide technical guidance concerning the business implications of various systems. Use techniques such as sampling, model building and structured analysis, along with accounting principles, to ensure the solution is efficient, cost-effective, and financially feasible. Model and simulate problems and solutions, analyzing and documenting desired enhancements and modifications for applications and processes and their integration with technology. Implementation, coordinating tests, and observing system initiation to validate performance. Participate in the implementation, integration, and testing of solutions and provide post-implementation support. Perform validation and testing of solutions through managing and executing user acceptance plans, collaborating with the development team during user testing and complex validation sessions, and responding to technical and functional product questions raised by stakeholders, and reformulate solutions, as necessary. Recommend new systems and procedures and make recommendations to Management through presentations or written reports. Responsible for architectural vision, inducing technical architecture, roadmap best practices, and platform innovation. Develop guidelines and best practices, asses technical fit of Salesforce as a solution for various use cases, and consult with teams on leveraging Salesforce capabilities to minimize custom code. Define platform-wide architectural choices, laying the common infrastructure for business teams to build their Salesforce solutions, inducing integration frameworks, data architecture, and security model. Ensure that solution designs meet the requirements of the business.

Qualifications

Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, plus at least 3 years of experience in the job offered or at least 3 years of experience in a Salesforce related role. In lieu of the Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, plus at least 3 years of experience in the job offered or at least 3 years of experience in a Salesforce related role, Employer is willing to accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, plus at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or at least 5 years of experience in a Salesforce related role. All applicants must have at least 3 years of experience: (1) Utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud products; (2) Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; (3) Experience in consulting business operations (e.g., invoicing, SOWs, margins, utilization); (4) Experience in managing revenue target expectations of $5+ million for a practice; (5) Experience in identifying, creating, and executing Salesforce offerings including related to MEU and GTM markets; and (6) Experience managing engagement risk related to project economics including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. Occasional domestic travel (up to 15% of the time). Telework permitted.
