What will you do as a Salesforce Software Developer at ANM?

• Customize and maintain robust Salesforce applications, from automation processes to websites, using declarative tools and code.
• Design and implement scalable and optimized Salesforce solutions for a wide range of clients by translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain User Interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System CSS framework, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
• Develop and maintain web applications' backend using Apex -a strongly typed Java-like object-oriented programming language from Salesforce.
• Implement security compliance and best code practices to Salesforce applications.
• Consume Salesforce databases using the Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL). It is a SQL-like language from Salesforce.
• Continue to Integrate and Deliver applications to production environments using Salesforce's Change Sets and cutting-edge DevOps tools like Gearset.
• Integrate Salesforce implementations with other cutting-edge technology solutions such as Workato, Microsoft Cloud (PowerBI, etc.)

What skills is ANM looking for?

• Strong Web Development skills: HTML, JS, CSS. Any modern JS Framework (ReactJS, Vue.js, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong backend programming skills and logical analysis. Any knowledge of OOP languages (Java, C#) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Relationship Database Design patterns and data structures.
• Individuals that enjoy working with a multicultural and multi-skilled team with remote members.
• Individuals with strong English verbal and written proficiency and good communication skills.
• We look for people with a positive attitude, a team-focused workflow, and an ownership mindset.
• Individuals that are quick self-learners and demonstrate self-initiative in the workplace.
• Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM or cloud-based platform is preferred.
