What You'll Do

This role will be focused on driving solutions for our clients in the capacity as a Solution Architect, which includes providing technical thought leadership, project delivery & inventive Salesforce solutions that best serve our Nashville clients' needs. Responsibilities include:

• Identifies opportunities for growth and maturation of Salesforce.com offerings
• Provides oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce.com projects
• Maintains awareness of industry best practices and business levers for cloud offerings and understands how Slalom practice areas interact
• Responsible for PeopleCareer Management and project staffing
• Involved in the overarching technical / solution delivery of an end-to-end Salesforce implementation
• Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
• Produces project estimates and staffing plans

What You'll Bring

• Ideally, several years of direct Salesforce platform experience in an enterprise environment
• Excellent mentoring and people / technical leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead, manage, design and deliver scalable solutions for optimal business outcomes
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum with a strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
