As a Salesforce Managed Services Solution Architect, you will contribute to our Managed Services project efforts and development best practices across the organization. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our AI Team!
AS A Salesforce Managed Services Solution Architect YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Â- Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements focused on strategic outcomes.
- Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
- Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
- Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Knowledge
- Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
- Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
- 3-5+ years project experience in a hands-on position
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- 3-5+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred)Â
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
- Willing and able learner of new technologies
- Extremely strong written and oral communication
- Client facing experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, and Enterprise Application Architecture

- First interview (video) - 45 minutesÂ
- You’ll talk through your career goals and relevant work examples
- Second interview (Video) - 30 minutesÂ
- You’ll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get there
- Panel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutes
- The call will be split into two parts:
- You’ll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)
- You’ll get some time to interact with team members you haven’t met yet
- Remote & In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, our India office, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.

Location: NeuraFlash strives to provide you with the flexibility to work in the location that makes the most sense for your lifestyle. For those that prefer an office setting, this role may be based in any of our hub locations within the United States, India, and British Columbia, Canada. If you prefer to work from your home, we can accommodate remote locations anywhere in the United States for our U.S. based employees, and anywhere within British Columbia for our Canadian employees!
