Salesforce Solution Architect (Tampa)

This role will provide business, delivery and technical leadership for our customers on the Salesforce platform. A Salesforce Solution Architect guides customers on a multi-cloud solution journey, advocating for best practices and selecting product features that meet the business goals. The ideal Solution Architect is very skilled in big-picture solution design and also has the ability to go deep into the nitty-gritty of Salesforce when required. The ideal candidate for this role understands how to communicate and recommend solutions that address business needs while taking into consideration the business and technology tradeoffs between different approaches in Salesforce.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other members of project leadership to facilitate workshops in the discovery of requirements, constraints, and customer goals.
• Architect a detailed Salesforce solution tailored to business needs based on their current environment and its limitations.
• Effectively communicate and present the current design and future-state design providing quantifiable options with a phased approach to reach that end state.
• Ability to keep a balance between scalable multi-cloud solutions while considering project budget and customer's goals.
• Engage with Technical Architects to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and data integration needs beyond the Salesforce platform.
• Highly skilled in data model design and creating flexible models which can grow as the business evolves.
• Document and evangelize the solution to drive stakeholder buy-in and approval.
• Develop proofs-of-concepts to gain alignment on solution direction between customer stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Provide assessment of customer's maturity and readiness for product features based on consultative workshops
• Inform customers and implementation teams on best practices and considerations for multi-cloud implementations.
• Remain in the know on the latest product offerings and how they can be best applied to new and existing customers.
• Train and mentor consultants and developers on new product features and best practices.
• Oversee and lead the development team in the implementation and delivery of the architected solution.
• Recommend best practices for devops tooling and processes.
• Support sales and pre-sales teams in opportunities by providing high-level solutions and estimates.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of total experience, including experience of driving large scale projects for enterprise-level client organizations
• Prior project experience in Salesforce discovery, solutioning, and implementation is a must
• Valid Salesforce Credentials - at least one of Sales Cloud Consultant/Service Cloud/Community Cloud Consultant certification
• Multi-Cloud Certifications is preferred
• Experience with Financial Service Cloud and CPQ is a plus
