This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Salesforce professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade B2B commerce solutions in a fast-evolving digital environment. You will work closely with global clients and internal delivery teams to transform complex business requirements into high-performing Salesforce ecosystems. Accountabilities:

  • Lead discovery workshops and business process discussions to design scalable Salesforce Commerce and Revenue solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce platforms, including Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, Consumer Goods Cloud, and related ecosystems.
  • Define technical architecture, data models, integration frameworks, and system design strategies to support enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while guiding development teams on implementation best practices.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and technical priorities.
  • Lead technical reviews, deployment governance, release planning, and risk mitigation activities to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring solution quality and stability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive seamless communication and project execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, scalability planning, and long-term optimization strategies for implemented solutions.
  • Travel occasionally for customer engagements, workshops, and internal collaboration events as required.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years specializing in B2B Commerce and multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
    • Strong expertise across Salesforce Commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Order Management solutions.
    • Solid understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein capabilities, Commerce APIs, Connect APIs, and extension frameworks.
    • Experience designing cross-cloud use cases involving B2B, D2C, loyalty, revenue management, and marketing solutions.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations involving third-party platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, Dynamics 365, or similar systems.
    • Strong understanding of authentication and security protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and SSO.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
    • Familiarity with Apex, Omniscript, DevOps tools, deployment strategies, and test-driven development methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience producing technical design documents and architectural artifacts.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
    • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while collaborating successfully with distributed global teams.
    • Strong attention to detail, quality focus, adaptability, and eagerness to learn emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions.
