Job Description:

We're actively seeking a talented Salesforce Sr Analyst / Administrator to join our TSG Business Applications team

In the position, you'll play a key role in CoreLogic's growth and long-term success by working closely with our Enterprise Operation Group stakeholders to enable and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform to align with business processes.

Your colleagues will include analysts, developers, and fellow Salesforce professionals who support sales, service, and marketing teams across CoreLogic

Job Qualifications:

How you will make an impact:

  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical team members to solve business problems with Salesforce integration solutions
  • Gather and understand stakeholder business needs. Clearly define current and to-be business processes and document business and technical solution requirements. Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes
  • Produce functional, technical and system design documentation
  • Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met. As needed, facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts
  • Show your proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including ability to perform basic Salesforce configuration, lead development of Proof of Concept (POC) solutions, and demo software features and capabilities to business stakeholders
  • Perform QA testing for iterative development cycles across various Salesforce projects
  • Provide excellent customer support to internal application users, including managing and supporting production issues and requests, research and troubleshooting data issues, and supporting new user onboarding and training

The experience you will bring:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in translating business needs into effective software solutions, in the role of a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing (Pardot), or Experience Clouds. Salesforce CPQ experience would be helpful
  • Basic configuration experience in Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and list views
  • Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems
  • Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
  • As needed create LOE /SOWs for new projects and developments using the in-house development capacity as well as 3rd party System Integrators.
  • Plan, coordinate and bring to completion complex projects, updates, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, working in an Agile software delivery model
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in data modelling, process mapping and integration related documentation
  • Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio user

Annual Pay Range:

92,200 - 150,000 USD
