About the Role: 

The Salesforce Systems Manager reports directly to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and is part of the Sales/Revenue Operations team that focuses on providing financial and strategic analysis for go to market teams.  

The individual will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the Salesforce experience, ensuring the quality of our client data, and providing reporting on revenue metrics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible impact by supporting a rapidly growing organization and is driven by operational excellence.  

This is a hybrid role that will require 1 – 2 days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office near Grand Central. 

Main job responsibilities: 

• Gain and leverage a solid understanding of the business needs and processes to drive the usability and quality of the Salesforce platform 
• Perform advanced super admin operations such as configuration, design, creating workflows, building custom objects, creating new fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, approval processes, and managing third party tools
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity 
• Oversee data import / export activities including required mapping, and data scrubbing 
• Perform system audits including but not limited to users, profiles, permission sets, queues, fields, page layouts, and record types 
• Handle user management and licensing for users 
• Work closely with non-technical business stakeholders in the design, configuration and build of Salesforce functionality  
• Develop and maintain Salesforce training materials for business users 
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on key revenue metrics, account activity, data analysis and project coordination support 
• Serve as a liaison with go to market teams 

We’re looking for someone with: 

• Salesforce Certified Administrator 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator: technical implementation, design and daily operations  
• Bachelor's degree in a related field 
• Proficient to advanced Excel skills, specifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUP 
• Comfortable working with complex data sets
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills 
• Ability to work independently and in teams 
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and be challenged 
• Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation skills 
• A drive to exceed goals and a positive, proactive attitude to overcoming challenges
• An entrepreneurial spirit and comfortability with a fast-paced environment

• Salary Range: 140,000 - 160,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
