Salesforce Technical Architect

This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-scale Salesforce and AI-powered solutions within a fast-evolving digital transformation environment. You will act as a key technical authority, bridging business needs with advanced Salesforce architectures and modern cloud ecosystems. The position involves designing and optimizing data-driven reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics capabilities that directly support executive decision-making. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and AI specialists to translate complex requirements into scalable technical designs. Operating in a highly innovative context, you will contribute to projects leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and multi-cloud integrations. This is a client-facing role where technical leadership, communication, and architectural excellence come together to deliver measurable business impact.

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce-based reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards, dataflows, and Einstein Analytics components.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for reporting and data visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure alignment with business goals and leadership expectations.
• Develop and optimize data models, lenses, and dashboards within Salesforce analytics environments.
• Establish best practices, governance standards, and deployment guidelines for reporting and analytics development.
• Work closely with integration teams to support end-to-end implementations involving external systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices and ensure architectural alignment across cloud and enterprise platforms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in technical or architectural roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein Analytics (or Tableau CRM), Service Cloud, and related Salesforce modules.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including system integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application and System Architect) are required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel internationally when required.
