Capgemini is seeking for Salesforce Solutions Architect

Primary Role Responsibilities

Business Consulting:

• Apply business acumen to assess, diagnose, and design solutions to address business needs and articulate value to client stakeholders
• Engage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes, define success criteria, and maximize utilization of the platform
• Optimize engagement to deliver quarter-over-quarter value and ROI
• Facilitate discovery sessions with customers that include deriving business requirements and business process analysis
• Present architecture and design options and recommendations.
• Represent the client's vision to the project team and ensure that the end solution matches that vision
• Drive account expansion by identifying potential new opportunities within the account
• Potentially serve as a lead Solution Architect across multiple workstreams and/or client engagements

Salesforce Solution Design:

• Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of native Salesforce functionality and managed packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality
• Draft custom development specifications and manage the delivery and testing of the functionality by development resources
• Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation
• Manage scope and client expectations, including management of development and technical resources both on and offshore
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements
• Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert
• Ensure all Salesforce configuration and development meet industry best practices

Practice Development:

• Supports pre-sales engagements by scoping, creating estimates, high level solution design, and SOW drafting
• Develop reusable assets and templates for the practice
• Conduct internal training sessions or webinars for educating the practice for new technologies or best practices
• Coach and mentor teammates on your project team as well as in a people manager role
