KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Local solution deployment and actors' coordination
• Builds the roadmap and organizes the local deployment according to the development teams' release date and adapts it in case of modification (backward scheduling)
• Collects specific needs and coordinates all stakeholders, human resources and/or technical or local requirements for deployment (focus training)
• Shares information and maintenance schedules to all relevant actors (business teams, regions, SME, end users, administrators, support teams, training, )
• Makes the link between the project and development teams and the local teams that will adopt the solution
Be the l SFDC Platform Lead for the respective regions and manage evolution for Sales and be the taskforce leader.
Manage and Train Business Key users for AMN, AMC, AMS
Testing coordination
• Organizes the deployment of the tests and the escalation of information/incidents
• Verifies all necessary resources are available and that development and/or technical support teams comeback to users if necessary
• Contributes to the improvement of the solution by escalating the problems encountered or users' suggestions (individually or via the customer lab)
Communication and Portance
• Coordinates the communication plan and organizes the communication stages at each key phase of the deployment with all identified targets
• Builds, translates and deploys the communication tools/media needed to implement the solution
• Ensures and adapts communication to all the actors involved in the deployment (project team, stakeholders, people involved in the project) according to the progress of the project
Training and coaching
• Defines the training strategy based on the analysis of the needs of each identified target user, available means and local constraints
• Coordinates the training of trainers and users
• Accompanies the users of the solution according to their needs in order to guarantee their adherence
Success Management / Monitoring
• Ensures the adoption of the solution by the users to guarantee the successful digital transformation.
• Defines the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved, the success criteria and the relevant indicators to measure the adoption of the solution
• Sets up the reporting, analyzes the indicators and defines improvement plans if necessary.
• Guarantees the continuous training of all users, according to releases and changes to the solution.
Market Watch
• Benchmarks other companies using the same solution
• Ensures the sharing of good practices (internally and externally)
