First things first we are looking to hire immediately, but we are looking for a very specific type of person to fill this roll. We are a newer company here in Austin, but we have years and years experience in this field and have every single thing in place to hit the ground running to make a huge splash in the Austin market. This is a sales position that turns into a project manger roll for those jobs You sell. We will train you on exactly what to do and how to do it, but being a 100% commission based job (1099) the faster you can learn the business the faster you start making money. We will set ourselves apart from the rest of the competition this year by doing impeccable work and being true to our word with our clients because we will always do the right thing. We will also be paying a better commission percentage for qualified Project Managers than any company in the nation so if you fit this position let’s talk!
As a Sales Person and Project Manager, you will be responsible building your business pipeline by canvassing (door knocking) and for making the sale with future clients and then overseeing and managing various roofing and construction projects from initiation to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
we are currently seeking highly-motivated, professional, detail-oriented individuals to join our roofing sales team as an independent seller. Coming on board as an independent seller with us, you will be trained and given all the tools necessary to be successful in your growing career with us. You will be taught everything you need to know from how to be a successful sales person to all the procedures involved in the process of replacing a roof, from canvassing for your own leads (door-knocking) to successfully closing out a job. Your primary goal as an independent seller is to sell as many roofs as possible while delivering the up-most positive experience for each and every one of our customers.

Qualifications:
• Have a valid drivers license
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Strong organization skills
• Confident speaking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Able to and open to canvassing for your own leads (in person door-to-door sales)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Able to work independently but also be a team player
• Able to communicate and engage with potential customers
• Open and willing to learn and execute our standards
• Ability to climb a ladder and safely walk on a roof
• LLC set-up (prior to starting with Family Friend Roofing and Construction )
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Conduct data analysis to drive project decision-making and ensure project goals are met.
- Lead requirements analysis and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Manage insurance policies and relationships with insurance companies and clients
- Manage program development from initiation through delivery.
- Handle conflict resolution and negotiate with clients to address project issues effectively.
- Implement change management processes to ensure smooth project transitions.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction project management principles and practices.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret project performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills for managing client expectations.
- Knowledge of requirements management techniques.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
- Ability to develop programs that align with organizational goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
