Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team. This individual will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations. As the Revenue Operations Analyst, you will work with multiple internal stakeholders, partner on different projects and help to achieve operational excellence in the North America region.

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for sales forecasting analysis and communications, supporting regional forecast calls and aiding in annual and quarterly reporting and planning activities. You will proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and global process consistency for our sales leadership teams to aid them in reaching sales quotas and goals. You will contribute to the success of making improvements within the sales organization.

You will:
  • Supporting forecast and pipeline calls with accurate data, insight, and facilitate action
  • Coordinates and reports pipeline development in North America territories, velocity, and conversion; including reporting on status of leads and leads moving into pipeline, time to action, and fallout
  • Aids in fiscal year planning and territory cutting while creating repeatable sales processes to ensure predictable obtainment of sales targets and goals
  • Produces and influences sales reporting including bridge/gap analysis, renewal management, bookings performance, waterfall reporting, rep performance to target and forecast, Geo performance, slipped deal analysis.
  • Aids in quota setting, and quota attainment with sales leadership
  • Influences clean reporting and accountability for compensation administration
  • Keeps sales leadership ahead of business issues, specific to forecast and quarterly results, and concerns to proactively address versus a reactive approach
  • Ensures the highest levels of data quality and adherence to data standards and partnering with data teams to fix issues at the source
  • Suggest operational improvements to processes and help implement and operationalize with systems and enablement teams
You have:
  • 3+ years' experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance role
  • Order management and revenue bookings expertise
  • Excel expert- formulas, pivot tables, V lookup and experience combining data sources
  • Experience simplifying complex analysis and communicating results
  • Experience working with a remote sales team and Salesforce CRM
  • Understand pricing models and strategies inclusive of services, draw down bookings.
Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $68k to $90k. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, your location, and your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
