Sample Allocation Coordinator

Basic Purpose

The Sample Allocation Coordinator will be responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and tracking samples to customers and health care plan representatives. These samples must be packed perfectly, and service should be exemplary for the customer. They will also work with the cycle counting team to keep inventory information accurate.

Sample Allocation Coordinator Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Receive sample order
• Create production orders for the samples
• Pick the product in the warehouse for the production order
• Pack the sample based on set criteria
• Ship the sample via FedEx
• Track the shipments to ensure they arrive within 72 hours
• Follow up with sales representative to let them know that the samples were received
• Participate in cycle counting activities in the warehouse/freezer

Sample Allocation Coordinator Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV - preferred
• Forklift and scissor lift certification - required
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
