Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position in the US is $18.00 - $25.00 Per Hour + discretionary bonus. The range may vary based on factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available to all full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Please note that the compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary, and does not include bonuses or benefits.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Samples Coordinator to join our team. The Samples Coordinator will be responsible for managing all samples within the department, including purchasing store-bought samples and managing the organization and maintenance of the sample library.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase store-bought samples as needed for inspiration and reference.
- Organize and maintain the sample library to ensure all samples are easily accessible and properly labeled.
- Manage the return of store-bought samples to the appropriate stores or vendors.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that all samples are organized and easily accessible for design inspiration and reference.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that store-bought samples are purchased and delivered in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all samples are organized and easily accessible during the production process.
- Provide regular updates on sample inventory and organization to the relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient sample procurement process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sample coordination, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work locally with no travel required.
