We're seeking a future team member for the role of Sanctions Uplift Transformation Lead to join our Enterprise Sanctions Control Assurance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA- Hybrid Work Model.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Partner with Operations, Legal, Product, Compliance and Technology team to ensure the implementation of Sanctions controls in the firm are compliant with all relevant Sanctions regulations and policies.
• Be a key contributor in the development of the firms Enterprise-Wide Sanctions Target Operating Model.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the Sanctions Program, including operational processing, data, tools & technology, and MIS.
• Ensure change is managed with appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals.
• Interface with vendors to assess their technology and to guide their product roadmap in support of BNYM goals.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations are adhered to.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of work experience
• 1-3 years of Sanctions experience
