Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with in-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation of SAP Systems to Support Financial Modernization efforts
• Good understanding of the Business Processes
• Collaborating with the functional team and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and are aligned with the overall project goals
• Identify as-is processes and to-be processes.
• Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules.

The Team

Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Customer and Sales Operations
• Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

Qualifications Required

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
• Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
• 6 years of coding experience in SAP CRM
• 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented programming
• Hands on ABAP experience in one or more SAP Modules (FICA, FI,CO, PSCD and CRM)
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents, and support unit, integration
• and release testing to validate functionality.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP CRM One Order Framework and Middleware is desired
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
