SAP Agile QA/Technical Writer

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Provides expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design. Responsible for designing/configuring business processes in SAP. Requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas. Provides functional subject matter expertise in areas such as financial management inventory management supply planning provisioning maintenance transportation and personnel. Introduces innovative approaches and methodologies for processes and support systems. May provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel. Modules included but not limited to: FM FI WFM SD PS AM CO MM SD WM IM SMD SCM(APO).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 6 or more years of SAP experience
• Thorough understanding of ERP in one or more SAP functional area/module (FI CO FM SD MM PS WFM)
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments (assignments may be broad in nature requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks).
• Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
• Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
• Must be able to clear a DoD clearance.
• Must not have dual citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. 2 or more years of relevant experience may be substituted for a BS degree

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5 or more years of QA Technical Writing experience
• Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
• Federal experience
