Boom is currently seeking an SAP Analyst.  The SAP Analyst will be a vital member of a collaborative team working on designing, implementing, supporting, and improving all SAP systems and products in Boom and will primarily be focused on the finance and procurement areas of the system.

• Govern the master data life cycle processes and ensure the quality and consistency of master data in SAP.
• Work with consultants to resolve S4 production support tickets (Jira ticketing system)
• Create required documentation (functional requirements, design specifications, change management documents, process, training materials, etc.)
• Develop expertise with system integrations (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, HR system, SAC, etc.)
• Work hand-in-hand with the SAP functional/technical resources to implement process improvements in SAP through data changes, configuration, and WRICEFs
• Translate business issues or requirements to different levels of understanding:  business users, senior management, IT technical, and SAP functional.
• Requires flexibility to adapt to and willingness to learn new technologies with demonstrated initiatives to continue life-long learning in the SAP space and beyond
  

• Bachelor’s degree in information system/accounting-related field and/or 3+ years of related business experience
• 2+ years of experience with SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA in the following broad areas: general ledger accounting, fixed assets, project/WBS setup and maintenance, AP/AR, banking and cash reconciliation setup, and month-end close activities. 
• Demonstrated ability to understand SAP at both a business process level and configuration/master data level
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to and willingness to learn new technologies with demonstrated initiatives to continue life-long learning in the SAP space and beyond

• Have gone through at least one SAP implementation project 
• Have worked on any RICEWF projects before
• Experience in SAP procurement, including Ariba
• Understanding of roles and segregation of duties in SAP, including familiarity with GRC module
• Familiarity with SAP landscape setup 

The Base Salary Range for this position is $74,500.00 to $87,645.00. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives/equity, an open PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
