Role: SAP Ariba Techno-functional - Manager

Location: Remote - customer is based in Atlanta, GA on Eastern Time zone.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job summary:

Primary function of the Techno-functional consultant is to optimally provide detailed and timely solution to Ariba Sourcing, Invoicing and contract management modules. Will also owned the overall Procurement solution.

Job responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge in Ariba On-Demand Solutions with hands on resource to configure forms and workflows.
• Good knowledge in Ariba On-Demand Solutions and experience in P2P deployments
• Coordination with offshore leads
• Must be capable of applying and demonstrating project management skills and support tools to meet all customer, program, and project achievements
• Provide stakeholders timely updates on project achievements and recovery actions where needed
• Works with multi-functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met
• Should maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, corrective actions and revised plans
• Should provide regular and periodic status updates for Project stakeholders during the Period of Performance
• Responsible for coordinating all meetings including: the establishment of meeting agendas, ensuring the attendance of key personnel, and the generation of action items list to follow-up on tasking
• Excellent knowledge in Ariba On-Demand modules with integration experience with different ERPs - SAP, PeopleSoft & JDE
• Ability to explain the functionality available in Ariba and works closely with client/end users
• Excellent project management experience and ability to lead a multi-regional rollout
• Works with multi-functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met
• Knowledge of Ariba Integration Tool Kit to handle the Master data and the transactional Message transfers.
• BAU Support for 20+ countries by looking into the various issues faced by users and respective solutions
• Requirement Analysis for the interfaces and creation of Master & Transactional data files
• Technical Design for the interfaces and creation of Master & Transactional data files
• Interface Development using Ariba Cloud Integration Tool Kit and various programming languages (Ariba API, Java, UNIX scripting, XML & etc.).
• Provide Production deployment and post-implementation support.
• Conduct periodic status meetings with offshore team and supervise issues/ customer concerns to closure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed a bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of Ariba experience in Ariba Sourcing, Invoicing, and contract management

Experience with integrations like rest API etc to integrate with third party apps
