Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and install SAP applications on company servers.
• Create and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring balanced workloads.
• Configure and troubleshoot software logistics and resolve installation issues.
• Oversee backups, restorations, and disaster recovery for SAP servers.
• Manage STMS configuration, printer setup, and ChaRM cycles for change management.
• Support release management, including transport movements and documentation.
• Perform system refreshes, copies, and monitor performance.
• Apply add-ons, support packages, and configure system landscapes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience, OR associate degree with 8+ years, OR high school diploma with 10+ years.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration or IT application development and deployment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and infrastructure management.
• Experience with SAP ECC, HANA, and Oracle databases.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and cross-functional team dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and with global teams.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and openness to new ideas.

Work Environment:

• This position is primarily onsite, requiring the employee to work from our Evendale, OH office 3 days per week. Limited remote work may be available based on business needs, but the role requires a consistent physical presence for day-to-day responsibilities.
