EisnerAmper is seeking to fill the position of SAP BTP Development Manager within the Technology Department in our Iselin, NJ office. In this role you will lead and manage a team of SAP including UI5, SAP CDS, OData, and integration development, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days onsite focusing on Technology advancement, improvements & support of NextGen SAP ERP solutions.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies.

• Design and architect SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability in alignment with business objectives.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP cloud-based development using CAPM and RAP framework within depth understanding of SAP FIORI, NodeJS and HANA development.

• Develop and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for SAP development, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in SAP technologies, including SAP S4, SAP BTP, Fiori UI5, SAP HANA, and Integration technologies such as CPI.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP applications, interfaces, and enhancements, adhering to established timelines and budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP solutions with overall IT strategies and initiatives.

• Conduct application reviews, design assessment, code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP applications to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to SAP development projects, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in SAP development, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes and drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and managing SAP development projects from inception to delivery, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

• Extraordinary sense of ownership, drive and commitment.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to the business.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in Agile development environments, with knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.

• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in SAP development.
