Group/Division
KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
This role you will be working with and training our suppliers in the Ariba system, so they can effectively utilize for transactional use.
Objectives:
- Support Digitalization Transformation by simplifying, standardizing, and digitalizing of Purchasing system & processes
- Support the creation of self-learning platform for suppliers and buyers
- Roll out system initiation to end users including suppliers
- Creating POs in the Ariba/SAP software system.
Scope:
- Participate in system projects and enhancements, RPA activities and Data Analytics and service tickets.
- Represent buyer from sites and drive improvements with suppliers
Drive Ariba implementation to suppliers:
- Provide training to buyers and suppliers
- Processes and Systems Alignment & Standardization
- Work with Ariba on customer influence tickets and identify areas of Process Improvement
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and materials flow concepts
- Experience in supply chain process improvement and systems projects will be a strong advantage.
- Proficient understanding of purchasing process - PO management, RTV, Schedule Agreement, PO deliverables, etc
- Deep interest in process and system applications and embrace on changes. Resourceful, hands-on and able to work independently ability to persuade others through effective communication skills (both oral and written)
- Need to be able to work at flexible hours to attend global meetings
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with +5 years' work experience, OR Master's degree with +3 years' work experience
