SAP Business Analyst, CPQ Warranties and Entitlements

What you will do:

As our Business Analyst CPQ Warranties and Entitlements, you will partner with the Order to Cash, Service process leads to support Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies with global process development and implementation in Service management. You will support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables. Additionally, you will partner with Process Leads during all testing activities (i.e. Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing), Data Quality and Data Conversion for the Service area. You will also assist with other Workstream needs through all aspects of the program to include deployment.

This role is a hybrid role and you will be expected to go into a Stryker office 1-2 days per week and travel roughly 40% of the time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supports timely completion of project activities within their Workstream, execute to the created team deliverables
• Provide assistance to the Workstream while partnering with the business to drive adoption of to-be business process to align with ERP capabilities and gain alignment with the Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies
• Direct ownership of Service data objects. Responsible for managing data construction activities coordinating with wave business resources and data conversion.
• Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key project activities
• Support activities to enable rapid decisions and the completion of the Solution Design and Key Configuration Decisions
• Participate in process workshops, supporting the Global Process leads and/or Process Leads
• Participates in testing activities and Business Simulation for process areas
• Provide support to map major business sub-processes to solution, identifying major change impacts, working closely with the systems integrator and IS
• Works closely with systems integrator and provides "hands on" input into the configuration of the system
• Support and execute data cleansing, migration and conversion activities to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data
• Support the creation and delivery of training content

What you will need:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Service Operations or equivalent
• BS, BA preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance is mandatory, however in lieu of a degree, 6 additional years of work experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge in relevant sub-process (pricing, order entry, etc)
• Experience with CPQ and/or SAP is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as a team member on a ERP, major business-system, or large-scale transformational programs desired
• Ability to maintain strong relationships within Stryker Divisions and Geographies.
• $65,400- $132,300salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
