SAP Business One Support Consultant (APAC)

be one solutions is a global SAP Partner with HQ in Switzerland and 21 subsidiaries around the world, specializing in SAP Business One implementation and support for large accounts worldwide. We are rollout experts helping businesses of all sizes taking their SAP implementation to the next level!

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Support Consultant to support our customers in APAC.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.
• Detecting issues, troubleshooting and investigating ways to resolve.
• Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules to enhance customer’s application usage.

Requirements and qualifications:Experience:

• +3 years experience in SAP Business One support or implementation
• Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core Add-Ons
• Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
• Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades
• Finance and/or Manufacturing background - Advantage

Language Skills:

• English - Mandatory
• Proficiency in another language is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions:
