SAP Change Management Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities
This role will support Digital Change builds the new organization design behaviors and the change strategies to assure successful implementation. Monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems technology job roles and structures within the organization and play a crucial role in ensuring that staff members embrace the change.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Has at least 3 years of experience in change management preferably within an SAP environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
• Has experience in consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives processes measurements and tools to analyse client’s business issues formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Certification in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI ACMP) is a plus.
