Roles & Responsibilities • Strong functional consultant experienced in SAP Concur Expense implementation. Techno functional background in SAP Concur product implementations.• Experience in configuring the system according to client needs and scope of Concur products/services.• Experience with core Concur development tools including user administration, imports/exports, forms, workflows, audit rules.• Acts as an effective advisor bringing business and consulting experience to travel and expense client engagements.• Work with clients and SAP Concur resources to gather functional and technical requirements.• Conduct discovery phase to put together implementation and integration roadmap.• Coordinate with different client stakeholder groups for harmonizing policies and finalize Travel and Expense requirements.• Expense Configuration and administer Concur expense system including but not limited to user administration, imports/exports, forms, workflows, audit rules, integration with HCM and Finance upstream / downstream systems.• Perform Global design, configuration and production cut over.• Coordinate with different teams for integration of core systems like ERP, HCM, CRM, Transparency Repotting, MDM, Middleware solutions etc.• Effective management of projects through key stakeholder meetings, planning and status reporting in a timely manner.• Pro-actively coordinate and manage tasks and milestones to achieve target deadlines.• Perform training and knowledge transfer to the client for effective use of Concur Travel & Expense system.• Effectively liaison Ing with SAP Concur partner team and follow project methodologies.
