Role Mission

Our client is seeking a highly skilled SAP MM/SD/WM Consultant to join their global team with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Logistics implementation, customization, and support, preferably also in the context of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of SAP MM, SD and WM modules in ECC6, preferable also S/4HANA and a proven track record of successful implementation and support of these modules.

Deliverables

• Lead or participate in SAP MM/SD/WM implementations and upgrades
• Gather requirements, design solutions, configure, test, and deploy SAP MM/SD/WM functionality in cooperation with the global SAP MM/SD team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MM/SD/WM within the SAP environment 
• Troubleshoot and provide support for SAP MM/SD/WM issues using ABAP programming and debugging tools.
• Participate in system enhancements and modifications 
• Conduct training for end-users on SAP MM/SD/WM functionality 
• Stay up to date with new SAP MM/SD features and functionality

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of SAP MM/SD/WM experience
• Proficient in SAP MM/SD/WM configuration, including master data, procurement, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes 
• Proficient in ABAP programming and technical configuration 
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion projects is a big plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP MM/SD/WM and S/4
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• SAP Certification in MM/SD/WM modules 
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation and integration
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as FICO, PP, and QM.
• Thorough understanding of relational database management system theory and technology
• Thorough understanding of the operating system theory and technology
• Proficiency in computer programming/scripting languages 
• Strong technical skills in SAP MM/SD/WM modules, including configuration, integration, and customization in ECC6 and S/4HANA 
• Ability to pass Company pre-placement physical, controlled substance testing, and background and security checks.

Working Requirements

• Ability to work in an office and to travel to all facilities (as needed) 
• Ability to work in environmentally controlled computer rooms in office and industrial settings
• Ability to work in an airport environment with conditions which may include: fumes, odors, gases, chemicals, and dust as well as decibels in the range of 65-100 
• Ability to exert up to 20 lbs. of force 
• Ability to match and sort items based on color; to distinguish between different colors; to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word; and perceive nature
